NON-DISCLOSURE AND SERVICE AGREEMENT

Watson and Finn, LLP

This Non-Disclosure and Service Agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between Watson and Finn, LLP ("Firm") and the individual ("Client") who agrees to the terms of this Agreement by electronically acknowledging and accepting it through the Firm's website or other designated platform.

1. PURPOSE

The Client seeks legal representation from the Firm regarding financial transactions made to individuals or entities overseas, which may have unknowingly involved financing illicit activities. This Agreement establishes the terms under which the Firm provides services, ensures confidentiality, and limits liability for both parties.

2. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS

  • (a) The Client agrees to keep confidential all legal strategies, discussions, and any information exchanged with the Firm.
  • (b) The Firm agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all Client information, except as required by law or necessary for legal proceedings.
  • (c) Neither party shall disclose confidential information to any third party without prior written consent.

3. LEGAL REPRESENTATION AND SERVICE TERMS

  • (a) The Firm agrees to assess the Client’s case and determine eligibility for inclusion in the federal class-action lawsuit.
  • (b) The Firm will work to distinguish the Client from individuals legally implicated in aiding and abetting terrorism, ensuring proper classification for compensation under the Victim’s Compensation Program.
  • (c) The Firm guarantees representation in the best way in order to clear the Client’s name and ensure that there are no legal implications that could lead to their rights being suspended or possible incarceration.

4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • (a) The Firm shall not be liable for any past or future legal implications arising from the Client’s transactions outside of the scope of this Agreement.
  • (b) The Firm is not responsible for any actions taken by the Client before or after engaging with the Firm’s services.

5. ACCEPTANCE AND BINDING AGREEMENT

  • (a) By clicking "I Agree" or acknowledging acceptance through the Firm’s website, the Client agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
  • (b) This Agreement shall remain in effect unless terminated in writing by either party.

6. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where Watson and Finn, LLP operates.

7. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements or representations.

By accepting this Agreement, the Client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of the terms stated herein.
